Yogame Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and Yogame ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing the Yogame website, mobile application or any associated service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Yogame operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistan players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all products available on the platform including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and any promotional offers.

Yogame reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered members will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Yogame platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Yogame is strictly an adult platform and we apply age verification consistently. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any funds returned.
• You must be registering as an individual person acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Yogame platform or any associated service.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor or agent of Yogame or any directly associated business entity.

Yogame does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is permitted in your location before registering.

3. Accounts

Each person is permitted to hold only one active Yogame account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using a different name, email address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Yogame will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately and change your password without delay.

Yogame may require identity verification at registration, at the point of withdrawal, or at any other time we reasonably consider appropriate. Verification documents may include a government-issued identity document and proof of your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be restricted or closed.

Account Suspension and Closure

Yogame reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
• The account is being used fraudulently or in connection with prohibited activity
• The account holder has breached these Terms in any material respect
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools
• The account presents a regulatory, compliance or security concern

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds that have not been subject to fraudulent activity will be returned to the account holder through appropriate verification procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the Yogame platform are processed in PKR. We accept deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods at any given time are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.

Deposits are generally processed and reflected in your PKR balance within a few minutes of submission. Yogame does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your bank or mobile wallet provider if you are unsure.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where technically possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be required to provide an alternative verified payment method in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours from the time the request is submitted and verified. During busy periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. Yogame will communicate any expected delay to affected members.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account panel. VIP members benefit from higher withdrawal limits at each tier of the programme. If you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement, funds subject to that requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement has been fully completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Yogame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions and leaderboard tournaments. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Yogame promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically after the stated period and cannot be reinstated.
• Yogame reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, a technical error in the offer setup, or a change in commercial circumstances. Members with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be notified individually.
• Free bet promotions award a stake credit, not a cash equivalent. Winnings from free bets are paid as real money. The free bet stake itself is not included in the return.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to wagering completion, or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state that stacking is permitted.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The Yogame sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and test matches — football, esports and a range of other sports. Betting markets are offered on both a pre-match and in-play basis. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by Yogame. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Bets that have been accepted are confirmed by a unique bet reference number displayed in your betting slip and bet history. Until confirmation is received, a bet is not considered placed.

In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time of submission. Network delays or latency can in some circumstances result in a bet being submitted after the market has closed. In such cases the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.

Settlement and Results

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the ICC or the relevant board, for PSL it means the PCB. Yogame uses official data feeds for settlement. In the event of a result dispute, settlement will be delayed until the official result is confirmed.

Abandoned matches and events that do not complete under the applicable rules for that sport will be settled according to the void and abandonment rules specific to that market, which are published in the betting rules section of the platform. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.

Errors and Mispriced Odds

Yogame takes reasonable steps to ensure betting markets are priced accurately. However, human or technical errors can occasionally result in obviously incorrect odds being displayed. Yogame reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and return stakes to affected members. We will communicate any such voiding to affected members directly.

7. Casino and Live Casino

Casino games — including slots, table games, video poker and live dealer games — are provided through third-party software providers. Each game operates with a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which is available in the game information panel. Yogame does not alter game outcomes and all results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by physical equipment in the case of live casino.

Live casino tables stream in real time from professional studios. Connection interruptions during a live casino session do not void a round that is already in progress. If a disconnection occurs mid-round, the hand or spin will be completed and settled according to the outcome. Your bet history and round results are logged server-side and are available in your account transaction history.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary between games and tables and are displayed before you join. High-limit tables may require VIP status for access. Game availability may vary due to software provider maintenance, and Yogame cannot guarantee continuous availability of any specific title.

8. Responsible Gaming

Yogame takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a full suite of self-management tools that all members can use at any time. These tools are available directly within your account panel — you do not need to contact support to activate them.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive an on-screen reminder when your limit is approaching and be logged out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting and casino play will be suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Your account and balance are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the platform. This cannot be reversed. If you choose self-exclusion, please also consider excluding from other platforms you use.

Gaming should always be approached as entertainment, not as a way to earn money. Set your budget before each session, stick to it, and walk away when it is gone. Never chase losses — variance is a normal part of any betting or casino game and a losing session does not predict the next one.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Yogame platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of bonus funds and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information at registration or during identity verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way not sanctioned by Yogame
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings arising from a confirmed exploit are void
• Colluding with other players in live casino table games or poker-style games
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms in a way not consistent with normal recreational play
• Using VPN services, proxy servers or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members
• Threatening, abusing or harassing Yogame staff or other members through any communication channel

Yogame monitors accounts and activity patterns continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to freeze an account pending investigation without advance notice. We will communicate the reason for any freeze to the account holder as soon as it is appropriate to do so.

10. Limitation of Liability

Yogame provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yogame's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform — regardless of the legal basis of any claim — is limited to the net deposits made by that member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Yogame is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of opportunity or loss arising from inability to access the platform due to technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits Yogame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the Yogame Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Yogame collects personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and relevant authorities where required by law or legitimate regulatory obligation.

12. Changes to These Terms

Yogame may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material and affect existing members' rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or platform notification. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the Yogame platform after an update to these Terms has taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss your account.
