1. Overview

Yogame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is committed to protecting the personal information of every member and visitor who uses our platform. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in clear, straightforward terms so you know exactly how your data is handled from the moment you land on our website to the point you make a withdrawal or contact our support team.

This policy applies to all personal data collected through the Yogame website, the Yogame Android app, live chat, email correspondence and any other channel through which you interact with us. It should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the platform as a whole.

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Yogame collects only what is genuinely needed to operate your account, process your transactions in PKR, and keep the platform secure.

By creating an account on Yogame or continuing to use the platform after this policy has been updated, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described here. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

2. Data We Collect

The information we collect falls into the following categories:

Registration and Identity Data

When you create a Yogame account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. This information is required to open and maintain your account and to verify your identity when you request a withdrawal.

Identity Verification Documents

At withdrawal or when we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity, we may request a copy of a government-issued identity document — such as a CNIC or passport — and proof of your payment method. These documents are processed securely and used only for verification purposes.

Financial and Transaction Data

We record all deposits, withdrawals and bet settlements on your account. This includes the amounts in PKR, the payment method used (such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards or mobile wallets), the transaction date and time, and any associated reference numbers. This data is necessary for accurate account management and dispute resolution.

Betting and Gaming Activity

All bets placed, games played, bonus activity and session history are logged against your account. This includes cricket and PSL betting markets, live casino sessions, slot play and any VIP programme activity. This data is used for account management, responsible gaming monitoring, and to tailor promotional communications to your playing habits.

Technical and Device Data

When you access Yogame through a browser or the Android app, we automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, device type and model, operating system version, browser type, screen resolution, session timestamps and approximate geographic location derived from your IP. This data is used for security, fraud prevention and platform optimisation.

Communications Data

If you contact our support team by live chat or email, the content of those communications is retained. This helps us track issue resolution, maintain consistency in support and train our team where appropriate.

3. How We Collect Your Data

Yogame collects your data through several distinct channels:

  • Direct input: Information you provide yourself during registration, identity verification, deposit or withdrawal requests, or when contacting support.
  • Automated collection: Technical data collected automatically through our servers whenever you access the platform — on browser or app.
  • Third-party verification providers: Where we use specialist identity verification services to confirm documents you have submitted, those providers may share the results of their checks with us.
  • Payment processors: When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or other supported channels, transaction confirmation data is passed from the payment processor to our system.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 9 below for full detail on cookies used on the Yogame platform.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

Purpose Data Used
Account creation and management Name, email, date of birth, contact number
Identity verification ID documents, payment method proof
Processing deposits and withdrawals Financial data, payment method details
Delivering sports betting and casino services Account data, device data, gaming activity
Bonus and promotion management Gaming activity, financial data
Fraud prevention and security IP address, device data, transaction data
Responsible gaming monitoring Gaming activity, session data, financial data
Customer support Communications data, account data
Platform improvement and analytics Technical data, gaming activity (aggregated)
Marketing communications Email, gaming activity (where consent given)

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is listed above without first informing you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

Yogame processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • Contract performance: Processing your registration data, financial transactions and gaming activity is necessary to fulfil our obligations under the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when creating your account.
  • Legal obligation: We are required to verify member identities and maintain transaction records to comply with applicable financial and anti-money laundering obligations. This processing is mandatory — it is not possible to opt out of identity verification if you wish to make withdrawals.
  • Legitimate interests: Fraud detection, platform security monitoring, responsible gaming oversight and internal analytics are conducted on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe and fair platform for all members.
  • Consent: Where we send optional marketing emails about promotions, new games or PSL betting markets, we do so only where you have given consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in the account panel or contacting support.

6. Data Sharing

Yogame does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share your data in the limited circumstances described below:

Service Providers

We work with carefully selected third-party providers who assist us in delivering the platform. These include payment processors (such as the operators of JazzCash and Easypaisa integrations), identity verification services, cloud hosting providers, and customer support software providers. All third-party providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes for which it has been shared and to maintain appropriate security standards.

Game Software Providers

Live casino and slot games on the platform are powered by third-party software studios. These providers receive session-level data necessary to run the game — such as bet amounts and results — but do not receive your full identity details or payment information.

Legal and Regulatory Obligations

If we are required by applicable law, court order, or legitimate regulatory or law enforcement authority to disclose personal data, we will do so. Where legally permitted, we will notify you of such a request before complying.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of Yogame's business, personal data held at the time of that transaction may be transferred to the acquiring entity. Members will be notified of any such transfer and the privacy implications in advance.

Yogame will never share your personal data — including your CNIC, contact number or PKR transaction history — with advertising networks, data brokers or any commercial third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a defined period after account closure. Retention periods are set to meet legal record-keeping obligations and to allow us to resolve any disputes or queries that may arise after an account is closed.

In practical terms:

  • Account registration data is retained for the duration of the account and for a period of at least five years after closure.
  • Financial transaction records — deposits, withdrawals and bet settlements in PKR — are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction.
  • Identity verification documents are retained for the same period as financial transaction records.
  • Customer support communications are retained for three years from the date of the last interaction.
  • Technical and device data collected for security purposes is retained for up to 24 months.
  • Cookie data subject to your preferences is retained for the period stated in Section 9.

Where data is no longer required for any of the purposes described in this policy, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

Protecting the security of your personal data and your PKR account balance is one of our highest priorities. Yogame employs a layered security approach that includes the following measures:

  • All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols.
  • Account passwords are stored in hashed form — we cannot view your password, and our support team will never ask for it.
  • Access to personal data within our organisation is restricted to staff who genuinely need it to perform their role. All such staff are subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Our systems are monitored continuously for suspicious activity. Unusual login patterns, unexpected deposit or withdrawal requests, and account access from new devices trigger automatic security reviews.
  • Payment data is handled by certified payment processors and is not stored in full on our servers. PKR payment method details are tokenised for security.

You also play an important role in keeping your account secure. Use a strong, unique password for your Yogame account, enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account panel, and never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members.

Despite our best efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or suspect your credentials have been compromised, contact support immediately so we can secure your account without delay.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Yogame uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies for the following purposes:

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They maintain your logged-in session, remember your language preference and ensure that your account balance and betting slip data are consistent as you navigate between pages. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the platform.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

We use analytics tools to understand how members navigate the platform — which pages they visit most, how long sessions last, and where technical issues occur. This data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. It helps us improve the platform experience over time.

Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences — such as your preferred deposit method, odds format for cricket betting, or live casino table filter settings — so you do not have to reconfigure them each session.

Marketing Cookies

Where you have consented, we may use cookies to track which promotions and content are most relevant to you, so that any communications we send are useful rather than generic. You can manage or withdraw consent for marketing cookies at any time through your browser settings or the cookie preferences panel on the platform.

Most cookies we use are session cookies that expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies — used for functional and analytics purposes — typically have lifespans between 30 days and 12 months. Full details of each cookie, its purpose and its lifespan are available in the cookie preferences panel.

10. Your Rights

You have the following rights in relation to the personal data Yogame holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact the support team with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. We will provide this in a clear, readable format.
  • Right to rectification: If any personal data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it. You can also update most account details directly in the account panel.
  • Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations. Note that transaction and identity records required by financial compliance rules cannot be deleted before their mandatory retention period expires.
  • Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances you can ask us to limit how we use your data while a query or complaint is being resolved.
  • Right to data portability: Where processing is based on your consent or contract, you may request that we provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests — for example, you may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account preferences.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

11. Children and Minors

The Yogame platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account on the platform, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and close the account, returning any deposited funds through the appropriate process.

If an account is discovered to belong to a person under 18 during our verification checks, the account will be suspended immediately, all gameplay will be voided, and the matter will be escalated according to our responsible gaming procedures.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Yogame may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the platform's features, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members by email or via a platform notification before the changes take effect.

The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continuing to use the Yogame platform after a policy update has taken effect constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised terms.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your personal data is handled, please reach out to the Yogame support team. We are committed to responding promptly and clearly to any data-related query.

Six Pillars of the Yogame Privacy Commitment

These are the core principles that guide how Yogame handles your data — from the moment you register to every PKR transaction you make.

Your Data Is Never Sold

Yogame does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers or any other commercial third party. The data you share with us stays within our platform and the carefully selected service providers who help us run it.

End-to-End Encryption

All communication between your device and Yogame servers is protected by TLS encryption. Your PKR account balance, payment method details and personal information travel securely. Passwords are hashed — even our own team cannot see them.

You Control Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of the personal data Yogame holds about you. Communication preferences — including marketing emails about promotions and PSL betting offers — can be updated in your account panel at any time.

Secure PKR Transactions

Payment data processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards is handled by certified payment processors. Full payment details are not stored on our servers — tokenisation ensures your financial information remains protected even in the unlikely event of a breach.

Minimal Data Collection

We collect only the personal information genuinely needed to run your account, process transactions and keep the platform secure. If a piece of data is not necessary for a stated purpose, we do not collect it. This principle of data minimisation is applied across every part of the platform.

Policy Change Notifications

When we make material updates to this Privacy Policy, all registered members receive advance notice via email or platform notification before the change takes effect. You will always have the opportunity to review updates and make an informed decision about continued use of the platform.
